Free Delivery for orders above 200,000 LBP
We charge a flat rate of 10,000 LBP for orders below 200,000 LBP
When you complete your order, you will receive an email confirmation that will summarise your order. We might contact you directly if there are any missing necessary information, especially the first time you order with us. We actually do suggest you create an account with us with as much information as possible, so we won’t have to ask questions again on your next order. Make sure to add a detailed address Lebanese Direction way.
We will attempt to deliver your order to you as fast as logistically possible. Deliveries can take from a 1 day up to 3 days, depending on a lot of factors such as product size, availability and difficulty of delivering to your area as well as weekends and National Holidays.
For orders passed on Thursdays and Fridays, we might deliver them to you on Monday, or arrange a pick up from your nearest Pink ‘N Blue Store.
It might be more convenient for some to receive deliveries at their workplace. Simply specify that preference when passing your order, or drop us a call or email.
Your orders will be delivered in bags (if they fit), and wrapped if requested or delivered as a gift to the address which you listed strictly available for online advanced payment.
We do provide assembly services upon request and for a certain fee, depending on the item. The costs of assembly are not included in the cost of the product. Please note however that most products sold by Pink ‘n Blue which do require assembly, can be easily assembled by adults (looking at all of you dads) and without too much trouble.
RECEIVING A DELIVERY
Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by you and listed in the profile section of the site. You are responsible for ensuring that someone over the age of 18 is present at the delivery address to receive and sign for deliveries at the specified time of delivery. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery is conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive the order.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS, AND CANCELLATIONS
There will be no fee to cancelling or modifying your order so long as your order has not been dispatched. However, if your order has indeed been dispatched and you want to cancel or modify your order, you will be charged the delivery fee (whether your order had qualified for fee delivery or not.)
DELIVERY CHANGED AND DELAYS
In the case of inclement weather or unforeseen delivery complications, it may be necessary to make adjustments to our delivery schedule, which will cause us to suspend the previously set delivery dates and times. If there is a significant delay, a Pink ‘n Blue representative will contact you via email or phone to let you know the status of your delivery time. We will deliver your order as quickly as possible when the conditions permit.
